Infor, a global leader in business cloud software specialized by industry, today announced South Australian-based Drakes Supermarkets (Drakes) has selected and commenced implementing Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (CS-F&B) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) suite. Infor CS-F&B and IBP will provide Drakes with a SaaS-based enterprise system delivering end to end visibility, scalability and optimisation throughout Drakes’ Wholesale and Retail business, allowing Drakes to improve serviceability to both retail and wholesale customers, as well as take greater control of their future through tighter control of their supply chain.
The Infor solution will provide Business Users with consistent, accurate and readily-accessible data across the enterprise, with workflow standardisation and increasing levels of automation. Drakes’ investment into their expansion includes the construction of a brand new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Edinburgh North that will serve both their retail operations and wholesale customers and will be capable of warehousing ambient, fresh, chilled and frozen goods.
